Rent the Wallace Depot
Rental Options
- Rental rates are for a 6 hour session. Each additional hour is charged at $50 per hour.
- Covered Platform and Warehouse (includes bathroom access)
- Learning Center
- Board Room
- Inside Train Room

- Rental fee is WAVED for public agencies, school trips and non-profits with Depot Commission approval.
- Alcoholic beverages are allowed with approval from the Wallace Depot Commission. A Wallace Police Officer must be present at the event. Renter negotiates with Wallace Police Department for cost.
- Renter is responsible for set up and clean up. Rented area is to be returned to original clean condition.
- When available, the outside museum cars (Caboose, Box Car, Rail Postal Office) may be opened for viewing.
- A Deposit equal to the rental rate is due upon rental approval and will be returned if building is left as it was found.
- The Wallace Depot Commission may approve rate adjustments to accommodate special events.
